The rules of the shop, in plain English.

01Who we are

WorthyFinds (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a small brand studio. We build and run focused online brands, publish and sell their digital products, and create the landing pages and storefronts behind them. Find Your Routine is a venture by WorthyFinds. These terms apply to this website, our landing pages and every product we sell, including those sold under the Find Your Routine name.

02Accepting these terms

By visiting this website, placing an order or downloading a product, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy from us.

You must be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, you may buy only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

03Our products

We sell digital products only. These include:

• Ebooks on money, home, self-care and meals, each of which may include a free printable planner.
• Printable planners sold on their own, as PDF files you can print or fill in on screen.
• Bundles that combine several ebooks and planners at a reduced price.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but screen colours, printing results and device settings can make your copy look slightly different from the images on our pages. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already placed.

04Orders, payment and delivery

• Checkout is completed securely through Gumroad. Payments are handled by Gumroad and its payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive your receipt by email.
• Delivery is instant. Your download appears on the confirmation page and a link is emailed to you. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
• Applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, are calculated at checkout where required.
• If a download fails or a file is damaged, contact us with your order number and we will fix it or send a new copy.

05Your licence to use our products

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private purposes. You may:

• Download, read and store the files on your own devices.
• Print any planner or worksheet as many times as you need for yourself and your household.

You may not:

• Resell, share, lend, give away, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part, including through bundles, group chats, file-sharing sites or marketplaces.
• Copy, edit or republish our content, covers or designs, or present them as your own.
• Use our products for commercial purposes, such as in a course, client work or a paid product, without our written permission.

Breaking these rules may end your licence, and we may take action to protect our work.

06Refunds

Because digital products can’t be returned, we handle refunds fairly but carefully. If your download doesn’t work, you were charged by mistake, or the product is not what we described, contact us within [number] days of your purchase and we will review your request and, where appropriate, refund you.

To request a refund, email contact@worthyfinds.store with your name, order number and a short explanation. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Nothing in this section limits any legal rights you have as a consumer.

07Not professional advice

• Money: savings goals, scripts and cost-cutting ideas are examples. Your situation is unique, so consider speaking to a licensed financial adviser before making financial decisions.
• Self-care: our routines are not therapy or treatment. If you are struggling with your health or wellbeing, please speak to a doctor or qualified professional.
• Meals: recipes and cost estimates are guides only. Prices vary by store and region, and you are responsible for checking ingredients against any allergies or dietary needs.

We make no promise of any particular result. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and effort, and they vary from person to person.

08Affiliate links and partners

Some pages on WorthyFinds contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the seller may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. We promote another business’s products only with that business’s consent. We choose what we feature honestly, but we can’t guarantee another seller’s products, prices or availability, and your purchase from them is governed by their terms.

09Using our website

Please use WorthyFinds lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the site or its security.
• Use the site to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
• Use automated tools to buy, copy or collect our products or content.
• Pretend to be someone else or give false details when you order or contact us.

We may suspend or block access if these rules are broken.

10Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, recipes, scripts, checklists, layouts, covers, logos and the names WorthyFinds and Find Your Routine, belongs to WorthyFinds or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it as set out in section 5. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

11Third-party services

We rely on third parties to run WorthyFinds, such as Gumroad, PayPal, Stripe, Systeme.io and Hostinger, and our brands are promoted on platforms such as Pinterest. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is covered by their own terms and policies.

12Disclaimers

We work hard to keep this website and our products accurate and available, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our content will suit your particular needs.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorthyFinds is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, savings or data, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

14Governing law
