Privacy Policy

Your privacy, in plain English.

This page explains what information WorthyFinds and our ventures, including Find Your Routine, collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. We don’t sell your personal information.

Effective date: 29 October 2026Last updated: 29 October 2026

What we collect

Only what we need to run the store, deliver your download and see what works: basic visit data, and your name and email if you buy.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information, and we never see or store your full card details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and opt out of marketing emails and tracking at any time.

01Who we are

WorthyFindsFind Your Routine logo

WorthyFinds (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a small brand studio that builds and runs focused online brands, publishes and sells their digital products, and creates the landing pages and storefronts behind them. Find Your Routine is a venture by WorthyFinds. This policy applies to our website, landing pages and store, including products sold under the Find Your Routine name. For the rules of buying from us, see our Terms and Conditions.

02What we collect

Depending on how you use WorthyFinds, we may collect:

  • Information you give us: your name and email address when you buy, download a free item, join our email list or contact us, and anything you write in a message.
  • Order details: what you bought, the price, the date and the order number. Checkout is completed on Gumroad, and payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the link that brought you to us (for example a Pinterest pin or an ad), and how long you stay.
  • Your preferences: your cookie choices and whether you have opted out of marketing emails.

When you check out on Gumroad, Gumroad collects your information under its own privacy policy and passes us the details we need to deliver your order, such as your name, email address and order information.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health records, government ID numbers or bank account details.

03How we use your information

  • To deliver your ebooks and printable planners, and to process and confirm your order.
  • To answer your questions and provide support, including refunds.
  • To understand which pages, pins and campaigns work so we can improve them.
  • To send order-related emails, and marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them.
  • To keep our site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis for using your information, we rely on: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving WorthyFinds, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

04Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences and measure traffic. Because we promote our brands on social platforms, we may also use tags from those platforms, such as Pinterest and Meta, to see whether a visit came from an ad or pin and whether it led to a purchase.

  • Essential cookies keep the site and checkout working.
  • Analytics cookies show us how visitors use the site, in aggregate.
  • Advertising cookies help us measure and improve our campaigns.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Pinterest and Meta account settings. Some features may not work if you block essential cookies.

05Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some pages on WorthyFinds contain affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the seller may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. We promote another business’s product only with that business’s consent.

When you follow a link to another business’s website, including Gumroad, that business collects your information under its own privacy policy, not ours. We are not responsible for how third-party sites handle your data.

06Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate WorthyFinds, such as checkout and ebook delivery, payment processing, email, hosting and analytics (Gumroad, PayPal, Stripe, Systeme.io and Hostinger). They may use your information only to provide services to us or, in the case of checkout and payments, to complete your purchase.
  • Social media platforms such as Pinterest and Meta, through the tracking tools described above. Under some US state laws this may count as “sharing” for advertising. You can opt out using your browser settings, the platforms’ own ad settings, or by emailing us.
  • Authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
  • A buyer of our business, if WorthyFinds or one of its ventures is ever sold or merged, subject to the same protections for your information.

07How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Support messages are kept for 3 months. Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

08Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU and some US states, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your information or restrict how we use it.
  • Object to certain uses, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

We won’t treat you differently for using these rights. To exercise them, email us at contact@worthyfinds.store. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

10Children

WorthyFinds is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected, such as using contracts with our providers.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as WorthyFinds and our ventures grow. When we make changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on our website.
